At Healing, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below:

Courier Partners

We use The Courier Guy and DPD as our main courier partners to provide same-day shipping for orders placed before the cut-off time.

Delivery Times

All orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days within South Africa, depending on your location.

Orders made over the weekend will be processed and collected by the courier on Monday.

 

Dispatch Location

All orders are dispatched from:

Inospace - Island Works

Unit 54, 22 Cumberland Rd, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, 7405.

Collections

Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our warehouse during the following times: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please bring proof of purchase and identification for collection.

 

Additional Notes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
