Refund and Exchange Policy


We value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction with all our products. The safety and efficacy of our products have been proven, and all devices are available for testing by customers prior to purchase at the point of sale.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds are welcome for products that are unopened, sealed, and still in their original packaging. These products must be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are also accepted under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) if a product is defective, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose.

Any device found to be defective after purchase will be repaired or replaced, as per CPA requirements.

Being both electronic devices and health products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or unopened and sealed. This is due to health concerns and the inability to resell returned health-related products.

Once purchased and removed from the point of sale, products are not eligible for return unless they are proven to be defective or meet the conditions above.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after the product has been assessed and approved.


Exchange Policy

 

Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be in its original condition and include all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product unless the product is defective or incorrect.
